Description

Performing Arts Remodel project consists of the renovation of a portion of vacant space within the Chehalem Cultural Center. The project includes the renovation of the second floor theater, classrooms and storage spaces into a fixed seat theater, theater support spaces, upper lobby, restrooms, storage and mechanical space as well as new main stair to the first floor lobby. The full extent of the Work is described in the Drawings and Project Manual. Area of renovation scope:  9,246 SF
