Harbor Sanitary District is seeking qualified contractors to submit a proposal to replace the discharge elbow on pump 4 at the District’s pump station #1 in addition to the removal and replacement of one (1) 8” knife valve located at the Southeast corner at Lower Harbor Rd. and Shopping Center Ave. in Brookings, Oregon.
