The City of Salem, hereinafter referred to as “City”, is seeking proposals for an initial deep clean restoration followed by yearly maintenance of City owned and maintained pervious pavement. The City currently is responsible for the maintenance of roughly 55,600 square feet of pervious pavement at four different locations.
