Description

Base Bid:  Build 1,000sf College & Career Center with 2 offices, 1 small conference room, and 1 large conference room inside the existing Library. Add Alternate 1:  Bookcases and counter top along east wall (see 1E/A5). Add Alternate 2:  Install blocking in wall and electrical infrastructure for 2 wall mount TV’s: 1 on east wall of 140C and 1 on south wall of 140CA. See electrical for additional information. Owner will furnish and install wall mount brackets and TV’s.
