The proposed work consists of pavement improvements and associated work at two (2) locations within the City of Roseburg. Approximately 5,900 SY of pavement will be replaced by 4” grind and inlay on NW Stewart Parkway, from NE Airport Rd to NE Stephens St, and another 2,650 SY of pavement will be replaced by 2” grind and inlay on the southbound lane of SE Pine St, from SE Rice Ave to an existing joint about 925’ to the south.
