Eugene Builders Exchange Board Members
Rich Snider (Chair)
Rich has more than 50 years of experience in the construction, design, estimating, budgeting, and sales of all types of windows, doors, and glazing. Rich holds an Associate’s Degree from Columbia Basin College. He has been the owner/operator of two separate glass businesses.
Rich has served on the Eugene Builders Exchange board in the past. He served on the board during the time of the purchase of our current building. He also served as a past board president. He would likes the opportunity to serve on the board and bring his valuable insight to the community and the members.
Rebecca Glock is in her third year as a board member for the Eugene Builder’s Exchange. She has been dedicated to the board and involved in the improvements to the Exchange web site and the building. She is particularly focused on how board decisions can benefit the members in a practical way that drives business, builds community and creates opportunities.
Rebecca is the third generation of Beacon Electric and Lighting, a local family owned electrical contracting business her grandfather started in 1956. Beacon Electric has been a member of the Builder’s Exchange for most of its 65 years in business and its officers have dedicated many years of service as Builder’s Exchange board members over the past several decades. Rebecca brings the unique perspective of a long and active relationship with the Exchange, participation in its growth over the many years of our relationship and a view of how it can benefit local contractors and our community.
Jodi brings a unique perspective to the table, both as a woman in a male-dominated industry and as the person who is most often the youngest face in the room. She is comfortable with technology and has led her team through the paper to digital transition. Jodi has been the office manager for Bineham Construction since 2019 and, as the daughter of a concrete mason, has been in the industry since birth. She is proficient in document management and handles all the paperwork behind the scenes. While she does not put hammers to nails, she does make it possible for her crew to do so! Before starting with Bineham Construction, Jodi worked as an admin in the financial planning industry. She brings with her a long history of providing unwavering support to her teammates and a sharp attention to detail.
Jodi is a dog mom, registered Notary Public, LEED Green Associate, and a member of the National Association of Women in Construction. She regularly attends seminars with the Oregon-Columbia chapter of the AGC and loves learning new things. Jodi is also a “theatre nerd” and accomplished vocalist that, before moving to Oregon, played the lead role in “Snow White” with the Actor’s Theater for Children and directed the youth choir for her local church.

Jessica has spent time in the past as a Rotary member, Lions Club President and Food Bank board member. She enjoys the collaboration of non-profits and the opportunity to serve. With her relationships in the community, she believes her role on the board can be best served in both outreach and support to the Exchange.
