Our mission and goal is simple: Provide statewide opportunities for our members to bid on projects. We collect projects from multiple resources and bring them to a one-stop-shop. We work hand in hand with state, county, city, school districts, architects, engineers, owners and contractors to bring as many opportunities as we can for our members.

This plan center maintains commercial project information, such as manuals and drawings for projects bidding in the near future.
We encourage you to join the Eugene Builders Exchange, as you must be a member to access most of the information on this site. You can find more information in the Membership area and the Contacts page.
PRINTING SERVICES
We offer full-service reprographic printing services, including but not limited to:
- Sizes ranging from 8.5×11 to 36×48 in both black and color.
- Single side or duplex
- 3-holed punched
- Bound and stapled
- Please ask regarding other possible services
Please consider us for all your printing needs. We can even do your submittal printing, as well. Please be as specific as possible with your order (such as: color, bound, stapled, duplex, etc.) when requesting copies.
All orders need to be submitted by 3:00 PM to be available for pick-up by 4:00 PM. If orders come in after 3:00 PM, they will be processed the next business day and be available for pick-up. If you email a printing order, please wait for an email response regarding availability. We also have available to you an outside LockBox with a combination if you would like to pick-up prints after hours. Please contact us for the combination.

DELIVERY SERVICE
Due to cost increases related to fuel and surcharges, deliveries to Eugene, Springfield and Junction City is now a flat rate of $15.00. Requests for deliveries need be submitted by 11:00 AM to be delivered the same day.
STATE-OF-THE-ART PLAN CENTER
Plans, specifications, addendums, bids and pre-bids for commercial projects around the state are available in our plan center.
