Description

Repainting of approximately 53,000sf at all common, office, and demised area gypsum board walls to match existing latex finish, 1 coating, per attached specification. Contractor to patch, repair, texture and prime damaged drywall, if any, within the scope of work as necessary. Removal and replacement of detachable items such as electrical plates, dry erase boards, wall hangings, movable furnishings and other items as necessary for a professional paint job.
