Briefly, the work is described as the roof replacement of the original 1965 portion of the building with a new 2-ply SBS roof membrane (80-mil PVC roof membrane is Alternate No. 1), and roof overlay of the 1993 addition with a new PVC roof membrane assembly (Alternate No. 2). No work is scheduled at the 2021 building addition.
