Paved shoulders are needed from Skogan Rd. to OR211 near Sandy. This route resides along SE 362nd Dr. between the winding curves near Skogan Rd. and the 362nd/Deming intersection and OR211 to the south. The existing shoulders are very narrow and steep resulting in a safety concern if vehicles veer off the roadway.
