Pavement overlay 24-ft wide x 2,750 ft. @ 2-in depth on Hwy 172 (Eagle Creek/Sandy Hwy) MP-0.23 to MP 0.27 & MP 5.44 to MP 5.94. 3. Taper all driveway approaches and Eagle Creek Rd. intersection. 4.
