Generally, rollup door maintenance and repair services include maintenance repairs, minor routine repairs, and emergency repairs. This will be a possible 5-year contract with a not to exceed amount of $150,000. Annual rollup door maintenance and repair services shall be performed on the rollup doors listed in “Exhibit D Door List & Photos” (Exhibit D).
