The Woodburn City Hall Basement Remodel consists of remodeling most of the existing basement spaces to create new offices, work areas and restrooms. Work includes new walls, doors, relites, ceilings, MEP infrastructure and finishes throughout the project area, which is approximately 4,100 sf.
