To increase longevity DPSST is seeking to issue a single contract to a contractor for application of sealcoat to approximately 547,845 square feet of the campus parking lots and roadways. The project includes preparation of surfaces for application of coating to include repairing areas of damaged asphalt and sealing cracks; as well as repainting surface markings.
