The City of Bend invites sealed Prequalification Applications (Applications) for construction of the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation Project (the Project). The City of Bend (City) intends to pre-qualify contractors for bidding on the Project. Prequalified contractors will be approved to submit a bid as the prime contractor.
