This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a Contract for the installation of 9 disc golf tee pads at Jasper State Recreation Site (Project) as described in the Technical Specifications (Attachment A), for the benefit of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work in connection with the project.
